VNA of Southeast Michigan is a full-service, Medicare/Medicaid
certified home health care organization. Under the direction of
your physician, VNA's skilled staff work closely with you and
your family to provide the care and education necessary for your
optimum health. VNA is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation
of Healthcare Organizations.
The focus of Medicare-certified care is to teach patients and
their caregivers how to care for themselves. This type of care
is covered by Medicare for intermittent visits over the course
of 60 days.
Services
The amount and type of service are determined individually for
each patient by his or her physician. All services are supervised
and coordinated by a registered nurse, or depending on the diagnosis,
a physical or occupational therapist. Depending on need, services
