Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan specializes in the health care of mothers and their children. VNA can help maternal patients who require close monitoring before, during and after pregnancy. VNA has a multi-disciplinary team of specialists providing comprehensive services to patients with a variety of conditions including:
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Hyperemesis gravidarum
  • Postoperative complications
  • Toxemia
  • PIH (pregnancy induced hypertension)
  • HELLP Syndrome


    Pediatric nurses provide services to children with a variety of diagnoses including:
  • Asthma
  • Cardiac anomalies
  • Congenital anomalies
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Neurological disorders
  • Organ transplant management
  • Apnea
  • FTT (failure to thrive)
  • Hematology disorders
  • Surgical complications
  • Post-traumatic disorders


    Services Include
  • Assessment of mother and baby
  • Skilled nursing care for mother and baby
  • Care for pediatric patients of all ages, including premature infants, at-risk pregnancies, gestational diabetes, transplants, jaundice, post-trauma and post-surgical patients
